This wine was produced on a certified Biodynamic, Carbon Neutral and naturally powered estate. This outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot from the 2018 vintage displays densely flavoured ripe dark fruits, complemented by discrete fine-grained tannins.
It was matured in French oak barrels for 6 months, of which 25% were new.

Matured in French oak (25% new) for an average of 6 months. A lifted, quite fragrant bouquet, with aromas of bay leaf, fresh gran herbs, red berry fruits and cedar. A finely balanced medium-bodied palate, silky and supple with ripe but restrained flavours interwoven with very fine tannin. Poised and precise.
