"Full Moon Vineyard has been in the Dave Bro Mackintosh folio of sites for about five years. Such a thoughtful, intelligent winemaker, and totally without the affectations of many of the more progressive set in Australian wine. Sure-footed.
Chiseled yet flavoursome white of citrus and green apple dominance with a light slip of vanilla cream. It’s a double act in synch of characters between bouquet and palate, shows good sense of precision and draws long in flavours. A very lovely wine here, easy to like, easy to see complexity in, easy to get into."

Chardonnay is the number one white variety in the Yarra Valley.
Year in and year out our soils produce wines that are both attractive when young and incredibly complex when carefully cellared for over 10 years.
We personally believe that Chardonnay should have real flavour without being overly lean or acidic. We strive for subtle fruit weight and texture without one aromatic or structural element dominating the wine.
Our 2018 Chardonnay shows nutty, just ripe nectarine and white flower aromatics. A moreish savoury style with a slippery mouthfeel followed by crisp grapefruit acid.
